Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Sondra Studio website and web store are offered to all users upon acceptance of all Terms of Service and policies stated herein and elsewhere throughout this website. By accessing and/or ordering from the Sondra Studio website, the consumer engages in and agrees to these terms and conditions. If the consumer does not agree, the consumer may not use and/or access this website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All deliveries, services, and information provided shall be performed according to Sondra Studio terms and conditions. Unless an authorized Sondra Studio representative has explicitly agreed to the validity of the terms and conditions in writing, no provisions which conflict or deviate from our terms and conditions will be recognized or honored.
Liability
The consumer agrees that Sondra Studio shall be held harmless and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense due in full or in part arising out of resulting from using the Sondra Studio website or purchasing from the Sondra Studio web store. In no event shall Sondra Studio be liable to the consumer for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the Sondra Studio website, web store, or the content found within. These Terms of Service, in their entirety, shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey.
Purchases
Purchases made on this website are for the personal or gift use of the purchaser only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. Please contact us directly for wholesale inquiries.
We reserve the right not to accept the consumer's order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We strive to keep consumer orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in the case of third party unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on the consumer's side.
Privacy
Under no circumstance will Sondra Studio share any personal data provided by users to third parties or outside affiliates.
Colors
Please note that we have made every effort to render product information and colors accurately. However, due to the various displays and color capabilities of computer monitors, the color and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item. We cannot be responsible for the color accuracy of the consumer's monitor.
Prices
All prices in the Sondra Studio web shop are listed in US Dollars. However, shipping costs are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra flat-rate charge upon checkout. All prices are subject to change at any time.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hrs of order being received and no later.
